The experience at the hotel was absolutely delightful, blending beautiful wooden architecture with breathtaking snowy mountain views. The meals were outstanding, especially the breakfast, although a bit too fish-heavy for my taste. The staff, particularly Naoko, went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and well taken care of. However, the location does require a bit of a trek from Aomori, and the sulfur smell in the onsen might not be for everyone.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, surrounded by stunning mountains and a peaceful forest. The service was incredibly helpful, especially a staff member named Naoko, who went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The food was delightful, particularly breakfast, although I did find myself craving a bit more variety during dinner. The location is perfect for nature lovers, but reaching the hotel requires a winding bus journey that may not suit everyone’s taste. Overall, an enchanting experience in a magical setting.
